Mary has really helped me to recognize and improve my communication skills so that I can connect with others on a deeper level. I had been experiencing conflict in relationships and Mary has helped me to be more aware of the weight of my impact and to understand that others don’t experience things in the same way that I do. I’m learning how to improve my awareness in order to feel true empathy for the way others experience and express things. I’m already experiencing a huge positive shift in my relationships-I’m seeing my family smile more and I know it’s a direct reflection of the work I’m doing with Mary. I’m feeling much more hopeful about my ability to change the dynamic of my day-to-day life. I really look forward to our sessions because I see the impact they have!
